Störningar i system
För att utföra vissa tekniska åtgärder är det nödvändigt att under kortare perioder, helt eller delvis, stänga ner våra system. Vi är medvetna om att detta kan innebära vissa störningar för er som kund. Därför kommer all planerad service och underhåll att ske nattetid mellan kl 22:00-06:00 svensk tid. Tiderna som anges är maximal nedtid. Målsättningen är alltid att den faktiska driftsstoppstiden ska vara så kort som möjligt.
Utveckling och underhåll
Två olika händelser kräver nedtagning av systemen, utveckling och service.
System disturbances
In order to carry out certain technical measures, it is necessary for shorter periods, in whole or in part, to shut down our systems. We are aware that this may cause certain disturbances for you as a customer. Therefore, all planned service and maintenance will take place at night between 22:00-06:00 Swedish time. Times listed are maximum downtime. The objective is always that the actual downtime should be as short as possible.
Development and maintenance
Two different events require systems takedown, development and service.
