UC KYC (Know Your Customer)
UC KYC, Know Your Customer, helps you comply with anti-money laundering regulation. You can use the API to integrate the entire UC KYC service, or you can choose to use both the API and the web interface. If you choose both you can still get the KYC report integrated while the customer uses UC’s web interface to register and submit KYC information.

Real Estate Valuation
Real Estate valuation provides access to data related to house and apartment valuation. Valuation can be performed for a single property or a large stock of subjects. The API also provides annual reports, risk figures, stress tests and other economicial information related to cooperative housing associations (BRF).

API for collecting name and address information of people registered in Sweden. Based on the Swedish Tax Agency person and address registry, SPAR. With the search feature, it is possible to either make a request with social security number or name and address. With the name and address subscription feature, changes in name and address are delivered in chosen frequency.

UC Detekt
UC Detekt helps you avoid credit losses caused by fraudulent behaviour. By controlling which companies that need to be checked a little extra, you can counter credit fraud and make sure you are doing business with the right companies. UC Detekt is activated when you order a credit report through the Corporate Report API, and requires a separate agreement.
